What's the $2.99 booking fee?
That's charged to your clients, not you. It covers payment processing and platform costs. And their first 3 bookings? Completely free.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade to Pro anytime for AI features. Downgrade if you decide you don't need them. Changes kick in on your next billing cycle.
How do I get paid?
Clients pay a 20% deposit at booking — goes straight to your Stripe account. The rest is collected at the chair. You can also request payment through the app.
